What the website stores
No tracking cookies and no analytics. Fonts and images are served from our own server: no data is sent to a third party during your visit.
Only the language you choose is remembered in your browser, so the website shows in that language. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
When you write to us
The contact form passes your message to our team (name, email address, and company and sector if you give them) and sends you an acknowledgement. We use your name, email address and message only to answer you and follow up on your request. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in answering the requests we receive, or on the pre-contractual steps you ask for (quote, demo).
Your message is stored with our hosting provider, whose servers are in the European Union, and passes through our email delivery service. These providers act only on our instructions. We never sell or hand over your data.
We keep these exchanges for 12 months after our last contact, then delete them, unless a business relationship follows (accounting rules then apply).
Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its use, object to its processing or receive a copy in a common format, by writing to info@synapseconnect.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
Factosyn and Kassavera
Data processed in the Factosyn application is described in its own privacy policy.
For Kassavera, quote requests go through kassavera.be. In the till, emailed receipts and the cloud backup, if the shop turns them on, are processed on behalf of the shop, which remains responsible for its customers’ data.
